Baths are definitely my go to when I'm in need of some self-care.
I've even converted Alex, my boyfriend, into a soaker. Baths are just so incredibly easy and so luxurious. It really is a win-win. There's something about stepping into a tub of warm water that can just melt away stress.
I thought it would be fun to share another little DIY that I've been adding into my self-care routine and loving lately:
A calming herbal bath for de-stressing!
This is great for stress reduction (of course) and a cool way to spice up your bath routine!
What you'll need
- dried chamomile blossoms
- lemon balm leaves
- rose petals
How to use it
- Put the mixture in a large muslin bag and attach directly to the faucet of the tub
- Run hot water (as hot as possible) run through the herbs for a couple of minutes
- Adjust water temperature to your liking and fill the tub
