Calming Herbal Bath for De-Stressing


Baths are definitely my go to when I'm in need of some self-care.

I've even converted Alex, my boyfriend, into a soaker. Baths are just so incredibly easy and so luxurious. It really is a win-win. There's something about stepping into a tub of warm water that can just melt away stress.

I thought it would be fun to share another little DIY that I've been adding into my self-care routine and loving lately:

A calming herbal bath for de-stressing!

This is great for stress reduction (of course) and a cool way to spice up your bath routine!

What you'll need

Mix together

  • dried chamomile blossoms
  • lemon balm leaves
  • rose petals

How to use it

  1. Put the mixture in a large muslin bag and attach directly to the faucet of the tub
  2. Run hot water (as hot as possible) run through the herbs for a couple of minutes
  3. Adjust water temperature to your liking and fill the tub

That's it!

Light a candle, dim the lights, turn on some spa music..

and immerse yourself into an herbal bath ✨
