2 cans of blacks beans
2 cans of garbanzo beans
1/2 cup fresh mint
1/2 cup fresh parsley
1/2 cup chopped onion
1 pint grape tomatoes, cut into halves
1 jalapeno pepper
1 tablespoon of minces garlic
1/4 cup olive oil
3 tablespoons lemon juice
5 tablespoons apple cider vinegar
lemon pepper to taste
In a bowl mix garbanzo, black beans, mint, parsley, onion, and tomatoes.
Place jalapeno, garlic, olive oil, lemon juice, and apple cider vinegar into a blender. Mix sauce into salad and add lemon pepper to taste!
